Lindsey A. Anderson, B.A., LL.B.

Lindsey was born and raised in Wallaceburg and, after completing her articles in London, ON, returned to practice in her hometown. Lindsey currently resides in Wallaceburg with her husband and two children. Aside from practicing law, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and participating in a wide range of outdoor activities.

Lindsey graduated with distinction from Western University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Windsor in 2006. While in law school Lindsey, with her father Jeff Wesley, also a fellow law student won the Hicks Morley International Labour Moot. Lindsey was also the recipient of the Dean of Law Entrance Scholarship, Middlesex Law Association Entrance Scholarship, Faculty of Social Science Entrance Scholarship and the Fessenden-Trott Scholarships while attending university.

Lindsey was called to the Ontario bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2007. Lindsey was employed as an associate with Carscallen Reinhart Mathany Maslak from 2007 to 2014, and joined the partnership in 2014. Lindsey’s primary practice areas include personal injury, employment law, real estate, estate law and commercial litigation. Lindsey also assists her clients with the incorporation of small businesses, applying for registered charity status with Revenue Canada and ensuring compliance with the new Not-For-Profit Corporations Act.

Lindsey was also appointed in 2011 as an ad hoc Federal Prosecutor for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, prosecuting drug offences on behalf of the federal government.

Lindsey currently sits as a Director on the Board for Community Living Wallaceburg (CLW), and is also chair of the Human Rights Review Committee and a member of the By-Law Review Committee with CLW. She is also a member of the Kent Law Association.
